Bring the requirements. We ship the system.

What we do better

Most teams can prototype an LLM feature in a weekend. The hard part is the next 90 days — drift, eval coverage, cost ceilings, the silent regression that ships because nobody owned the output. That's the part we do.

We treat the model as a moving target, not a dependency.
Every system ships with eval harnesses, drift detection, and kill dates — so when behavior changes, you find out before your users do.
We build the scaffolding, not just the demo.
Prompt versioning, runbooks, the CLAUDE.md that lets your engineers keep moving after we leave. The agent is the easy 20%; we own the 80% that keeps it alive.
We leave artifacts, not a black box.
Ship a full system and the patterns, runbooks, and docs — so engineers who want to build the way we do can pick up exactly where we left off.

How we integrate

We embed, we don't hand off. We build in a shared dev repo, prove it there, then push to production safely. You get pull requests, not slide decks.

Week 1
We plug in.
Dev repo access, a shared channel, a working agent in staging. We map the surface area and write the build plan before we write code.
Ongoing
We work in the open.
Daily PRs into the dev repo, async updates, every decision in writing. Your engineers review and merge on their terms as knowledge transfers.
Ship
We go to production safely.
Behind feature flags, with evals as the gate and kill dates on anything provisional. Staged rollout, a rollback path that works, nothing live until it clears the bar.
Exit
We leave you self-sufficient.
Runbooks, eval suites, and the CLAUDE.md your team owns — so the next release goes out the same safe way, with or without us.

How we scope

Fixed scope, fixed price, kill dates on everything. Every engagement names the deliverable, the definition of done, the eval bar it must clear, and the date we hand you the keys.

Spec → Buildscoped
You bring defined requirements or a set of functionalities; we implement.
Full system shipped to spec + the prompt versioning, runbooks, and CLAUDE.md your engineers own.
Sprint1–2 wks
A single agentic feature, scoped and shipped.
Working feature in production + evals.
System4–8 wks
A full agentic system, designed and embedded.
Live system, your team trained to run it.
Advisoryongoing
Architecture review, eval design, drift audits.
Confidence your AI features won't rot.

Spec → Build is the default lane. Hand us the requirements; we ship the working system and leave behind everything your engineers need to keep developing from our perspective.
